Mindful Kids (Summer Series)

$120 for all 6 weeks

For kids ages 7-12

Mindful Kids is a 6 week series that introduces secular Mindfulness to kids in a fun engaging weekly class. Your child will learn skills to help with attention/focus, compassion, self- regulation, empathy, emotional regulation and impulse control while in a playful learning environment. These skills help your child become more resilient, adaptable and calm.

Each hour long class starts with a Mindfulness lesson and the remainder of the class will be a captivating activity or game that shows kids how Mindfulness can be embodied in our everyday lives. These life skills will be taught in a tangible way so that kids can access them during moments of being triggered at home, on the playground, with their peers and at school.

This is a one-hour drop off class for kids. If your child has special needs and/or behavioral challenges, please contact us prior to enrollment.

This course meets for 6 weeks, every Saturday from 1-2 pm
(June 10 - July 15)
