Inversion Workshop with Nathania Stambouli

Learn to flip your perspective upside down! Join Nathania in this all-levels inversion workshop that will cover the fundamentals of taking your yoga practice upside down.

We will begin with a core and shoulder focused warmup and move into variety of inverted positions using the wall, partners and plenty of props.
We will primarily explore how to get into headstand (bound and tripod), handstand and forearm stand (pincha mayurasana).

No previous inversion experience necessary, but some yoga experience is highly recommended. Come with an open mind, ready to try new things and have fun!
