Learn about the 7 sacred chakras and surf the waves of these energy vortexes that help to regulate your body's many processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions.
Nicole will guide you through your main chakras as you focus your attention on each of these through meditation, breath and mindfulness. In navigating the chakras, you will look for imbalances - places where they might be over or under-active (which manifests as emotional or physical patterns in your life) and use breathing techniques and energy work to move you back into balance.
This workshop is experiential but not movement based (not yoga asana).
