Chill'Asana: Yoga, Martial Arts & Movement for the Soul
July 1-8, 2017
Sayulita, Mexico

Press pause on life and join the Chill'Asana Team for an amazing week of yoga, martial arts, movement, relaxation and adventure in one of Mexico’s quaintest and most beautiful coastal towns. Sayulita offers the best of the beach and the jungle with many options for outdoor adventures!
We’ll have two yoga classes a day, martial arts workshops (that will include elements from Malaysian/Indonesian Silat, Filipino Kali, Capoeira and more), Groundwork* (see bottom of page)  and several group excursions, leaving the rest of the time for you to make new friends, unplug and reconnect.

Our retreats aim to inspire personal growth and supportive community while focusing on movement practices that connect and challenge the body and mind.  e will practice in the open air of the jungle, hike down to our own private beach, take part in interpersonal activities and develop a supportive community of friends on a truly rustic adventure that will reconnect you with yourself and with nature.

We welcome all levels of experience. You don't need to be a yogi or a martial artist, you just need to be a human being interested in learning, exploring and growing! Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required.
